At Tiger Lily we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on Dermalogica Products returned for any reason. We’ll gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased from portviewdigitaldemo1.com/tl and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.

All returns must be pre-approved by customer service call 014013634 or email info@tigerlilybeautysalon.ie/tl

For Products that arrived damaged we will offer you a replacement straightaway, or a full refund of the monies already paid upon return of the original item.

In the rare incident that the wrong Product has been delivered we will dispatch the correct Product straightaway or if the original Product is no longer required we will offer a full refund, upon return of the item delivered in error. Orders should be checked on receipt and any errors must be reported to info@tigerlilybeautysalon.ie/tl within 5 days receiving your order in order for the issue to be rectified.

If returning products please return in the original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold a refund where inadequate packaging has been used.
